Our flour factory, commissioned in 2010, was established with a daily capacity of 400 tons and is the most modern and highest-capacity flour factory in the region. Our investment is equipped with high technology and every stage of the process is controlled by an advanced automation system.
We bring our healthy and delicious flours to market in 1-5-10-25 and 50 kg packaging; with varieties including pastry, bread, tandır, pide, kadayıf, noodle, baklava and börek, our flours have become the sought-after taste of the market.
Quality control and laboratory analysis are conducted at every stage of flour production. Physical, chemical, and technological analyses of wheat are performed in our modern laboratory; our products are tested as bread, pita, tandoori, pastry, and baklava in our trial bakery. No product leaves for shipment without quality approval.
Our feed factory, which started operations in 1987, was established as the region's first private feed factory. Since its establishment, it has continuously renewed itself in terms of both capacity and technology. Production is carried out with a fully automated system. Bayramoğlu Feed, which transitioned to an automation system years ago, has achieved full integration from raw material acceptance to finished product shipment, thereby enhancing both the quantity and quality of its production.
Aziziye Lidaş and grain drying facility under Bayramoğlu Group, for which an investment decision was made in 2019 and foundations were laid in 2020, will commence operations very soon with an initial capacity of 45,000 tons of storage and 50 tons of grain drying per hour.
Bayramoğlu Group, which entered the construction sector in 2010, has signed hundreds of successful projects as Bayramoğlu Construction and continues to add value to its brand by building prestigious and modern works in the construction sector. Bayramoğlu was founded as a compound feed production facility in Erzurum. Quality feed supply for regional livestock began.
Production capacity was increased with modern machinery investment. New product formulas were developed.
The flour production facility was commissioned, expanding the product range. Daily flour production capacity of 400 tons was reached.
ISO 9001 Quality Management System and GMP certifications were obtained. Quality-oriented production was documented.
Licensed warehousing activities were initiated. Grain purchasing and storage capacity was expanded.
Feed production capacity reached 800 tons per day. Modern automation systems were commissioned.
Growth in licensed warehousing and agricultural trade with the Aziziye Lidaş brand. Digital transformation processes were initiated.
